Development of Web-Based Village Administration Services Using Laravel with Waterfall Method (Case Study: Ngeling Village Hall)

Abstract
Administrative services at the Ngeling Village Hall are currently still carried out manually using book recording and physical archives. These conditions can cause various obstacles, such as slow service, the risk of data loss, and low work efficiency. The process that has not been integrated also requires the community to come directly to the village office to take care of various needs. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Web-Based Integrated Village Service Information System using the Laravel framework at the Ngeling Village Hall. This system is designed to include online mail submission features, population data management, information publication, public complaints, and administrative dashboards. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of this research are expected to be able to increase the effectiveness of village administration services, speed up the bureaucracy of document submission, simplify data management, and provide easy access to services for people everywhere. The implementation of this system is an appropriate digital solution to realize more professional, responsive, transparent, and accountable village governance.
